At Twiggies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help.
 

Return Conditions
 

  • •Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • •Products must be unopened and in original packaging

  • •Products must not be past their best before date

  • •Proof of purchase is required for all returns
     

How to Return
 

  1. Contact us at returns@twiggies.co.uk with your order number

  2. We'll provide you with a returns form and address

  3. Pack your items securely and send them back to us

  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund
     

Refund Process
 

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days of receiving your return. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
 

Damaged or Faulty Products
 

If you receive damaged or faulty products, please contact us immediately at support@twiggies.co.uk with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
